I wouldnt fit a shield extender with that boost bonus. It does not take advantage of it.
I am a 425mm man myself. I don't have much problem tracking. Did the Sleipnir get a boost or something because I fit basically same kit as OP, but i use 425s, and I dont fit a PDUII. Was that PDU in there for the shield recharge?
Im entertaining a long range kit just now. Its basically the same as the short kit.

suck for what? btw artillerys on cruisers is not cool at all. And especially 650¦s.
Whats wrong with 650s? I mean anything over 20km is stupid anyway because you can't hold the enemy, so whats the point of 720s?
In general though artillery is not cool I agree. The damage output is far too low without multiple gyros. Im using it now trying hard to find some redeeming value. I just can't. I'll probably go back to my T2 425s this weekend. I just dumped like 700 ammo trying to kill 3 Nephilims with 650s whereas the 425s would have killed them all quicklike witout any warping out.
It just feels bad with all that MW left over.

my 650 setup is working fine now. It does not slice through the enemy like the 425 setups, but it uses less ammo and I am quite happy with it. Artillery on cruisers is good for gate camps and general warp in situations because you can lock and fire without having to get to range.

Basically what I use for general ratting and PVP preparedness. I don't use injector so much, but in pvp I like to have it. The shield boost can suck down some cap. But I havent had the pleasure of many 1v1 lately so I am not too sure.
I use 425s.
